I bought a 3 button suit in which the pictured showed 3 button. What came delivered was a two button. The description said available in 2 button but there was no option so I assumed I would get the 3 button. I told them I wanted a complete refund and they told me all they would do is exchange. Very misleading and the customer service representative has no care. You have been warned do not buy from this merchant!! They mislead you with there return policies too. I ordered a tuxedo, shirts, a bow tie and cummerbund from and paid for 2 day expedited shipping. Only the tuxedo jacket and pants arrived and it arrived a day late and damaged. Upon contacting mensUSA by telephone and reporting the missing items, the representative who answered the phone put me on hold. Returning to the call several minutes later, he explained that the items had not been shipped and that they would go out right away. I ordered a pair of boots 14EE, they were more like a 14d, I tried to return, they offered me a 15. I filed the complaint within seven days of trying the boots. They told me they would contact the factory to see if they had a bigger boot, never offered a return. Waited for them to get back with me, evidently waited on the too long. They then told me that their return policy was fourteen days. I explained that I emailed with in seven, then they told me I should've taken the 15's. Terrible Customer Service. Sent me the wrong suit and gave me a refund for the suit, but still charged me $50 for shipping. I complained to them and now they are avoiding me. So frustrated with this company. I got nothing from them! Their mistake shipping me the wrong suit and I'm out $50. Go somewhere else and get treated well. Don't waste your hard earned money on this HORRIBLE company. After several emails trying to get my money back, they still claim that I am at fault. Read more

Well its pretty interesting considering all the reviews I have heard. I have had my own experience with MENS-USA buying a pair of boots online they showed in stock and available I bought the pair of boots for $489 got an email 3 days later when I was actually expecting my boots to arrive they tell me that they don't have these boots in stock and we're no longer available. They asked me if I would like to choose a different pair of boots I said no I would like a return of my money and I had to threaten them with legal action to get a refund. Read more

I placed an order with on August 28, 2015 and paid an extra $25.00 for quick 2 day shipping. After I did not receive the order in 10 days, I requested a refund for upgraded shipping, and Suitusa only refunded me $15.00, not $25.00. I paid $75.00 for the store merchandise, and the order total came up to $125.00, the difference in shipping cost. I got an email from this business. Called a saleperson because the suit I wanted did not have an SKU#. So I called the sale person she order she told me that the suit was in stock I order the suit. Within 48 hours I received an email stating that the suit was out of stock and if I ordered something else if it 20 dollars then they would give it to me at the same price. My first suit purchase was not even close to what the picture looked like on their web site so like a fool I tried again but this time with the help of a sales person on the phone to verify what I was going to get - so when suit # 2 arrives it is not the same as I had ordered and when I contacted them they said I was wrong and no refund / no exchange thus leaving me without a suit to wear for my son,s grad - these are not nice guys to deal with - they do not care about their customers Read more

I'm so upset with this company it is beyond words. I order a few items from their site on Friday at Noon. Expected the items to be in hand by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest or a concert on Friday. Told I'd receive a tracking number and email. Never happened. Called multiple time Tuesday and got a hold of someone, just to check. Woman told me my order was split in two because they didn't have all the items they advertised.
