Ordered a suit online with 2 days shipping for an extra 15.00. Requested tracking info using 6 emails with no response until the 5th.

Suit came-10 days later with no shipping refund-wrong suit- wanted to return/exchange it but it is a complicated process. Sent 4 emails in 3 days with no response and no direction. I am considering having my credit card company revoke the charges and sending the suit back. This company is not ready for online ordering and has a lot of growth to do.

Any phone calls request you to handle it with emails. Would not order from them again. Ever.
