Resolved: Send me a RMA # or a return label
I bought the suit from MensUSA from them and they wouldn't send me a return label. I sent a picture to the company showing them that it was the wrong suit that they sent me.
I contacted American Express and made them stop the payment and they lied and said they sent me the return label and it was nothing but a lie. The company sent American Express the label and American Express E-Mail me the label and on 2/15/2024 and I return the suit to fed-x on 2/16/2024 and I have not heard from the company and I text the company on 2/21/2024 to see if they received the suit and I have not heard from them, American Express told me to call them back on 2/27/2024 if I have not heard from this company.

I purchased a suit from your website. The suit that was shipped was something completely. Emailed about getting an exchange whereby I was offered a $30 which I'm still waitng on. Very dissapointed.

My Goddam wedding is Near!!! I orderd my 1st suit they told my suit was damaged then asked me to order another 1 so I did they asked me about 2-new sku numbers then they lost me I dont know nuthin about no dam sku so I orderd the black and Gold 2-pc floral suit with jacket match pants and matching bow tie Ive Hurd nothing you only get marrried once and Im pissed as *** because you take our monies and fuckaround with our merchandise!!!!
Because you bastards dont care so let me be more clear!!! If you dont have the black and gold 2pc floral suit with the jacket and matching pants and matching Bow Tie in a 54-long then I Want a Full !!! Refund!!! Now!!!!
